Tchoukball Reflection

One thing I did good on was having some power so I could shoot well at my aim. Also I did well on sort of having that first pointing to your aim arm going on.
One thing that I could improve on from the video is having more of the my arm just about right behind my head. I could also work on having the throwing arm going into a downward arm.
Some improvement that I noticed is that I had my point out for longer, getting my arm nicely at 90 degrees behind my head. Also one I threw my ball, having a nice downward arm.
I think I did really well in applying myself the sending skills when playing Tchoukball, because I followed the right skill movements, and proper throwing and receiving.

Reflection

Science is great class. You get to learn a lot of new things and experience a lot of new things. Right now we just finished our matter and volume unit, it was a lot of fun that I wish that we could have that unit again soon. Some things to reflect on are...

What I learnt was how to figure out the volume of an irregular object using water displacement. Using a water displacement is very fun and easy. I hope that soon I can figure out the volume of me. I also learnt how to figure out the density of things. density was sort of hard at first, but now it is easy. Density is the amount of stuff there is per cubic volume, and how you get it is you divide mass by volume, so the density unit is g/cm3. I also learnt a lot more things, to many things that I can't say all of them. But these two were the most commonly used and fun for me.

What I still am a bit confused about is probably sometimes describing what density actually is. I know how to get density but sometimes I get confused on how to say what it is. I only sort of remembered how to define density about two weeks ago.

What the most memorable thing to me was water displacement. Why it was most memorable to me because it was really fun and interesting how it works to find the volume of an irregular object. I really hope we can do more water displacement in the class in the future.

The matter unit was a lot of fun, but now I can not wait for our new chemistry unit!

Fraction Comparison Reflection

I now know how to compare fractions using cross products. It is a very simple way of comparing fractions. All you do is cross denominator and nominator on each side and multiply them together. Whichever crossed fraction has the greatest number by denominator of where you switched it is greater

I know what LCD is. It is like the the LCM, just a least common denominator.

When it is better to use another method over another maybe if the fraction also has a whole number with it. Or if is just a really complex number

Isabella's and I's Submarine!

How we got our submarine to work, was that to make our submarine sink we filled it up with ballast and a few stones. On the sides as you can see are red bowls, one facing up and one facing down. The reason why they are like that is for the water pressure going down and up, so when the submarine goes down there will be water pressure in the cup that will sort of make it go up. Same as when the submarine will go up it will have a little bit of water pressure that will go down. So it will help when we make the submarine neutral buoyancy. As well as at the very top we cut in and placed a tube so when we want our submarine to float, we will just blow air into it through the tube and it will rise.

But sadly there were a few wholes through the duck tape so it couldn't exactly rise, so amazing Mrs. Hill told us to take of the cap, make it sink then blow into it. And surprisingly it came up so fast that we can properly present that our submarine can positive buoyancy, negative buoyancy, and neutral buoyancy in front of our science class. That is and how our submarine floats.

Sportsmanship- On The Sporting Field And In Everyday Life

An example of sportsman ship is if you hurt someone or they are hurt, just stop and help them. How I have demonstrated this, this year in pe was in our floor hockey unit. What happened was I accidentally waked a lot of people on the legs with my hockey stick. But once I did, I stopped and yelled for the game to stop because someone was hurt, and once everyone stopped I helped up the person, asked if they were ok. Also I said that I was so sorry to them a lot.

3 ways you can demonstrate sportsmanship on the field is once the game is over, even if you won or lost, always go up to the team and congratulate them and compliment them. Even though they might have lost, at least they still worked together really well and put in their best. Another way is cheer for your coach, he has put in a lot of work and effort to organize and teach you for every game. Cheer him up also at the end of a game, no matter what. Lastly have a fair game, don't brag about winning to your opponent, or even shout and get mad at them. Because at the end you are still all winners for doing you best and having fun with a fair game

2 ways of that you can demonstrate sportsmanship in real life is no matter where, if you see someone who just got injured or fell, even though you might not have done it, help them up and ask them if they are ok. That could make their day even better. Also follow rules, in everyday life you need to follow rules, if you do it shows you have a great spirit of sportsmanship.

Lastly, 1 new way I can demonstrate sportsmanship is to always after a pe class or a sport, thank the teacher because you don't realize how much work and effort they put in for your class.

Sportsmanship!
