2. Establish Justice

• Legislature at federal, state, and local levels
• Courts at federal, state and local levels
• Law enforcement at federal, state, and local levels

3. Insure Domestic Tranquility

• Peace between states, counties, and cities

4. Provide for the common defence

• National Military (army, navy, air force, marines, coast guard)

5.  Promote the general welfare and

• social programs to help elderly and needy individuals

6. Secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and posterity

• Maintain civil rights (Including Voting) for ourselves and our children

Federalism

Federal/ Delegated: Coin and print money, Raise and support armed forces, Admit new states, Regulate foreign trade, Pass laws regulating immigration, Establish joint offices, 

Concurrent/ Both: Borrow money, Establish courts, Collect taxes, Make and enforce laws, Provide for the health and welfare of the people, Charter banks

State/ Reserved: Make civil and criminal laws, Regulate trade within a state, Establish local governments, Establish and support public schools, Pass laws regulating businesses within state borders, Pass license requirements for professionals(Teacher, nurse, etc.)
